Tom Frank Nicoletti

Frank (Tom) Nicoletti was born on August 9th, 1931 and died peacefully in his home on December 20th, 2017 in Colusa, California. He was the youngest of three brothers (Ernest, Charles, and Anthony) and his sister (Rose) who were born to Francesco and Teresina Nicoletti. He survived by Cara Nicoletti (Daughter) of Bakersfield, California, and her two children; Dominique and Francesca. Also, he has survived by his son Charles Nicoletti (Son) of Snohomish, Washington, and his wife and two children; Ellen, Annabelle and Emily. Preceding in his death was his wife Joan (Joanne) Kluge.Tom lived his entire life in Colusa. He attended Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School and then went on to attend and graduate at Colusa High School. In 1958 he met his wife Joan (Joanne) Kluge and were married July 24th 1959. Soon after, Tom began working for the Colusa Unified School District doing maintenance and custodial duties, along with driving the school bus. Tom worked for the Colusa Unified School District for 34 years. He and his wife Joan adopted their first child, Cara, in 1963. In 1966, they adopted their son, Charles. On April 25th, 1991 Tom was initiated as an Entered Apprentice Mason and eventually served three times as Master. He was given the highest honor a California Mason could be given; the Hiram Award. This award symbolizes the best of the best men who go above and beyond with their dedication for the Masons. Aside from this, Tom enjoyed watching baseball; gardening; visiting all of his friends; caring for his two dogs (Bell and Peaches); and enlightening people on the History of Colusa. His presence will surely be missed and his legacy will live on forever. A viewing will be held on Friday January 5th from 5P.M-8P.M. at Mc Nary Moore, and the service will be on Saturday January 6th at 10:30A.M. at Mc Nary Moore in Colusa. The family is requesting that donations in Tom’s name can be made to the Shriner’s Hospitals for Children 2425 Stockton Blvd. Sacramento, CA 95817.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00p.m. Friday January 5th at the McNary-Moore Chapel 107 5th St.
Colusa, CA 95932. Services are scheduled for 10:30a.m. Saturday, January 6th also at the McNary-Moore Chapel. Burial will follow at the Holy Cross Cemetery 1740 Wescott Rd. Colusa.
